Harrison Green

Co-founder

Harrison Green is the Co-Founder of Milano American Football Company, bringing a rare combination of elite American football coaching experience, business ownership, and on-the-ground presence in Milan. A Penn State graduate with a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University, Harrison built his coaching career across some of the most competitive programs in American college football before making the leap to bring the sport to Italy at a professional level.

As Special Teams Coordinator at Florida International University, Harrison earned a nomination for FootballScoop Assistant Coach of the Year and national recognition on 247Sports' 30 Under 30 list — a distinction honoring the top young coaches in the country. Prior to FIU, at Johns Hopkins University (2018–19) he directed special teams efforts that produced 16 blocked kicks over two seasons and contributed to a program-record NCAA semifinal appearance in 2018, also serving as defensive coordinator. His coaching career also includes stints at SMU, South Alabama, and Penn State — where he began as a recruiting specialist under head coach Bill O'Brien.

Away from football, Harrison owns two construction companies in the United States and brings a seasoned business operator's mindset to the project. While founder Justin Pugh anchors the venture from the US, Harrison is based full-time in Milan — building football relationships on the ground, embedding in the local sports community, and giving the company a permanent presence in the city it calls home. That combination of credibility on the field and commitment to Milan is central to what Milano American Football Company represents.
